Loading ramp series MLC HL, load capacity 10-12t, model "Standard" HL-B, 12m

     Structurally, it is a solid metal structure (sloping element + leveling platform) reinforced around the perimeter of the frame and inside it with specially designed trusses having upper and lower flexible ramp lips. The upper access ramp is placed directly in the body of the car, and the lower trapezoid-shaped one helps to control the turning angle, making it smoother. If the height of a standard container lorry is 1.2 m, the turning angle is 8°, and the corresponding slope is 14%. In the front part there are wheels of standard size 5.00х8 and a jacking system designed on the basis of known JOST jacks of German production. The safety fence is removable for the working convenience of the ramp. Working (permanent) load capacity of this ramp is 10-12t and a maximum one is 15 tons.
The mobile ramp "Standard" is easily moved on-site by a single forklift with load capacity of 1.5 tons.
